Insrument Cluster Surround Gap??

Is this how everyone elses looks because if it is that is stupid. I am going to take it out if i can fix it.

They put it on the inside?? All the ones I have ever seen where one the outside of the cluster and just laid on it.

Yeah it is on the inside if it wasn't i would hate it even more.

normal there is a gap if that is normal mitsu must be stupid just mo make a part that doesn't fit right.

That's cause the glue things they use with the surround are ****. Go buy some double sided tape, or those rubber double sided sticky things from Office Depot/CVS. Those should do the trick. Try to avoid more permanent solutions like 3M mounting tape, as I dunno if that stuff will come off if you ever decide to take it off...
