How to keep headers looking like new?

I have a toxicfab exhaust manifold, when I received it looked awesome!

now it looks dull and “rusted” it still performs great but looking to have the show finish again

Any tips?

There maybe better options , but what comes to mind is taking it off and sand blasting it ?

I don’t think you can get that brand new look again. The SS going through heat cycles turns that golden brown color. You could have it ceramic coated but I’m almost certain you won’t be able to get it looking like new.

Get it coated for the added benefit of reducing heat under the hood. Any bare metal header is not going to stay pretty for long unless you never drive the car.

Not ceramic coating. Like what is on the cars paint. That would be gone almost instantly.

Ceramic coat the outside, copper coat the inside. Did this to my C7 Z06 headers two years ago and they still look amazing.
