It doesn't look like it will but I just want to be sure. Also does anyone out there make something like this in case it does not fit?

It won't fit, the JDM/EDM evo bumpers have a little lip on the bottom that curves around the exhaust, unlike ours which have a larger lip that is cut out for the exhaust.

 

I wouldn't bet on it.

about the 10th one down. lancershop offers a " EVO Rear Bumper Heat Shield -Lancer EVO 8".
