How far under the car does this go? does it replace the factory undertray?

I would love to get it aand trim it down so it's *just* an easily removabe undertray, not necessarily an aestitic upgrade.

Yes it does replace the plastic undertray. I just replaced the OEM with a new bumper. What do you guys think?
