I don't like the front that much (is reminiscent of an EVO VII front, but more like a normal lancer ), but those brakes a wicked!!!

Nope - just trimmed the bumper a little from the inside.

It looks a LOT better in person - ask Pitbul. Not at all like a stock Lancer, but reminiscent of an Evo VII (which is ironic because I'm not a big Evo VII fan).

The braking is awesome now. I had a friend who used to drive rally cars in the FIA Pacific Rally test them out last night. He did a mini auto-x in a Lowe's parking lot and did some left-foot braking, threshold braking, etc. He loved them - he said they'd be great on a track (which is why I bought them). The pads (Endless SS-S) made a big difference. Thanks to Ary for the test run and to Wojo for the pads!

Thanks for the compliments.

I love the front bumper; I love the whole car...Monster rocks!

Where did you order your bumper from?

How much did everything come out to (paint & install)? minus the brakes?

I like at your car next to the two stock Evo VIII's and wonder why anybody in their right mind would pay money to have that bumper put on their car... Rims and brakes look awesome though.

Well I am definitely in my right mind. Let me ask you this: If you had an accident and had your insurance replacing your bumper, would you go for stock again or get something different? That was my situation - btw, the Monster Sport cost what the stock one cost.

As far as costs go, I ended up paying about $300 out of pocket when all was said and done (mostly prep and repair of the bumper in shipping - don't ask).

I got the bumper (as well as the wheels, brakes and lots of other stuff) from Adam at Z1 Performance (www.z1auto.com). He's my favorite vendor and one of the best around.

The fronts (2-piece) were $480 each.
