Microfiber Review
Recently I purchased a Microfiber kit from www.properautocare.com
It came with a big blue drying towel, several detailing rags (glass, interior, buffing), wax applicators, and wheel foam applicators. I also had them throw in a three pack of the generic mf towels (I'm using one to dry in the crevasses, one for wheels, and other as a spare), a two pack of mf wash mitts, and an OXO wheel brush.
About $100 shipped, but it's a lot of stuff.
Washed my car last weekend and this stuff is awesome. One of the mitts is soft on one side and a rough waffle weave on the other. Simply wash normally until you hit a bug or tar spot, flip the wash mit and scrub. Worked extremely well.
Not microfiber, but the OXO wheel brush worked great too. It's narrow, so it reaches into the cavities around the wheel and brake calipers great.
The real show stopper, though, is the drying towel. After a full rinse (no water blade or using a chamois beforehand), this thing completely dried the car with two wringings. No streaks or spots at all.
I definitely recommend these products. I plan on applying Zaino in the next couple of weeks, so I'll know more about how well the applicator and buffing rags work.
These are must haves for any detailing kit!

yeah i use microfiber for everything.. polishing, waxing or just cleaning bird wax with cleaner sprays... for drying i use water squeegee lightly on the flat sections of the car and finish it off with microfiber...
