Took some random pics of my evo the other day. I just bought a Nikon Coolpix 5400 and was learning to use it...what better object to use than my evo. The car is a little dirty, I was traveling when I took these.










Its all stock, of course, except for the tint which adds 125hp!

Looks good , Loose those tail lights.

Mine is the twin to yours , The tail lights changed the look of the car alot. I felt like a ricer with the stocks on there.

 

What kind of wax did you use? Looks like Zaino to bring out that deeper red.

 

Actually, I claybarred the car last week then hit it with some Meguires Gold Class. Ive never heard of Zaino wax... It may look deeper red because it was in the shade on a bright, sunny day.

 

I hate those taillights. I want to change the chrome part inside to flat/semigloss black...headlights also...but Im a little squeamish about tearing into them. I've ordered some of those overlays for the time being...

 

i think im the only person to like the stock tailights...

 

I also like the stock headlights better than the dark ones! I dont think it makes the car look ricey, but obviously were the minority.

By theirself, they are not Ricey, per say, but because every fart-pipe havin, big-arsed wing wearing, stoopid sticker sportin civic has those "altezza wannabe" lights on their car...It kinda "resembles" ricey.

I want to try putting the Yellow/Polarized transparent vinyl overlays on the head and tail lights which would really require the chrome insides...if it looks stupid, Ill remove it but I have a sneaking suspicion that it might look cool...only time will tell...ACTUALLY, I will probably post pics of it on here and have a poll and see what you fellas think about it...
