The VI is a JDM model. It was converted to LHD using a german (european) dash. The TMEs were offered in LHD variants. Check out Lancer Register.com if you would like to see more LHD TMEs

Oddly enough garages are not in abundance in VA. It seems you either get a garage or a basement, but not both. We have a basement...to get a house with a garage and a basement you will typically see prices at about 600k in Northern VA. I feel we already paid way too much for this dammm house.
