I sold my HKS Carbon Ti to purchase a used RMR catback. No regrets. I love the way it sounds and it doesn't tapper near my test pipe.

 

what about the hks didnt you like? my brother had it on his and it was pretty nice i guess with 3in dp and test pipe.

 

in some cases thats true... you've just gotta do your homework... that's all...
i've got the helix dp; perrin test pipe; with an HKS hi power cat-back... everything fit like a glove... the match up with the dp and the cat back are amazing!

 

It just bugged the hell out of me that it tappered near the factory cat. I would not have purchased the HKS if i had known it tappered. I'm just ****, i want a true 3 inch system.

 

I have the full Invidia Turbo back system with cat delete pipe. At idle its just a bit louder than stock but has a deep rumble. At WOT it gets a bit louder but not much and goes into a deeper rumble. est thing about this system is it meets CA dba levels of 95. Plus the tip sticks out just a bit over the length of the bumper so marks are eliminated and you bumper stays newer longer!!

 

Hey, when the silencer is in-placed, does your exhaust gives a weird hissing sound when on WOT. I have a full Helix from DP, CAT, and TB. Everytime the silencer is on and press the gas till WOT, the exhaust sounds like an old Buick sedan. Please reply. Thanks.

 

I have the Espelir JGT 5000 Full cat-back system! I love it! Moderate sound, with a low rumble at idle... not a fart can muffler system by far..has a nice italian race car sound. And NICE power gains throughout the powerban. I like it

I've heard a Helix 3" turbo-back w/ test pipe in person. It's pretty deep. From the sound clips I've heard, the BR sounds a little more raspy.

Can someone list which exhausts DO NOT TAPER. I love the look of the Greddy and HKS mufflers... only reason I dont like BR is because of the muffler, looks kinda funky to me.

All I want is the HKS style muffler with a full 3" exhaust/downpipe with NO TAPERING!

Also, it HELIX quality good because it looks great but is awfull cheap!
