List price was about $780 a piece before it was discontinued :)
Now the RE30s replaces the SE37k in Rays lineup.

sorry, didn't get a chance to snap pix.. but i can tell you this, the stock fenders will need to be cut in order to fit large size/width wheels :)

Pitbul09 Dec 19, 2006 06:09 PM

bro i have to ask this again but how unearth did you aquire these rims. which are discontiued? i have tired several places and no won can get them.

its more involved than that lol.. it comes w/ rivits and mounting bracket as well as 3m adhesives :)

dcorn Dec 19, 2006 06:14 PM

Sweet look. A friend of mine has SE37K's on his JDM 2.5RS, they look great on red cars.

Question though. Why in God's name do you put 10.5" wide wheels on there then stick narrow 265 tires on it? I have 285s on 18x10 and 275 on 18x9 on my car. the 275's fit the 9" wheel perfectly, I can't imagine how stretched out your tires must be. Is there a reason for this other than the look, because I can't stand stretched tires. I know a girl with 295's on a 10.5" wheel and even those are stretched out.

Speed Element Dec 19, 2006 06:15 PM

sorry.. i didn't mean to ignore your question.. i probably missed it.

anyway, i got these from Japan. Air freighted them in. Costed me an arm and a leg :)

Some shops in Japan still have these in stock as far as I know.. but I know none of the shops in U.S have them because this size was never popular at all due to very low offsets (this offset was meant for R34 GTRs).

EVOlutionary Jan 5, 2007 05:38 PM

How much do those rims weigh? You did weigh them before mounting tires didn't you!

I need an 18x10.5 or 18x11 that weighs under 18#. Thanks!!

Question.... wouldnt this setup rub on a road course...since it sits so flush?

Especially if you hit a dip at high speeds???

Look at the cyber evo... looks like they have a lot more room between the fender and wheel...

or is it because the front fender is pushed out??

just asking... I dont want to buy the wrong size wheel

sp00lin2g Apr 4, 2007 07:20 PM

luv the cars style but if you get the volk black rims w/ the red lip on it. your car will look more aggressive. nice work...
