Thumbs up Impressive service from Stoptech!

Ordered a set of brake lines from thier website.

got a Personal confirmation e-mail as well as the Auto-Generated response.

recieved a tracking number & pacakge promptly.

i had a question about the fitment of the lines so i wrote a E-mail @ 4:30 & recieved a response in less than an hour, @ the end of the buisness day, confirming they were the correct lines.

to top it all off, my favorite touch, was the PDF Invoice/Recipt...... Very handy for insurance re-imbursment purposes! i cant count the number of vendors i had to track down for verifiable recipts when my last car was totalled

quality of the lines was top notch, including replacment copper washers as well as a new banjo bolt & line retainer clips

now, when will they make some direct replacment 2 piece rotors for our cars?

I never made a purchase from them, but when I was looking for a big brake kit for my 2.5RS I spoke to one of their techs on the phone for almost an hour while he explained all the pros and cons and such to me. I was extremely impressed with the customer service.

I had their front BBK on my M3. Their was a a problem with one of the mounting studs for the calipers pulling out of the caliper bracket. they were extremely responsive in getting me new brackets of an updated design. i'm seriously considering getting their BBK for my evo. bottom line is great customer service.
