17x9 +29 Offset - Will it Work?

I'm thinking about getting a set of wheels in 17x9 +29 offset. I'm wondering if this setup will work on the EVO lowered. I'm trying to achieve the maximum amount of lip without rubbing on a lowered EVO.

Thanks....

BTW The wheels I have in mind are the Volk GT-A

I've seen 17x9 +22 TE37's fit, I don't think the GT-A is going to have enough curve in the actual face of the wheel to clear the front brakes.

I cannot say for 100% sure as I have never sold a set of these, but Volks application guide does not list the Evo as a fitment for these wheels. Maybe look into the Volk SE37A - similar open mesh design and comes in an Evo friendly 17x8.5 +30.
