Suspension help!!
hey guys i'm thinking about doing some easy suspension mods to my evo. I was thinking of getting the Cusco lower arm bars A and B, rear trunk brace, 21mm swaybar front and 23mm rear. Just wondering if thats a good package to get. and what i should expect.
any advice is welcome!! thanks alot guys
oh yea, i'm also going to get a set of Cusco Zero 2Rs sometime in the future after these mods...

hmm so no front, i c i c thanks alot guys. Has anyone replaced the front strut brace that came stock with evos? or is it good enough for everyday/ occasional track day driving?
What I found with just the rear swaybar-
It will help with turn in (keeps understeer from coming on early), so it makes the car feel like it handles better. What it doesn't help is lap times- the inside rear lifts off the ground due too much stock body roll, and the rear inside tire spins like mother and you loose your forward momentuim. All the aftermarket springs dont help with this either. I'd Wait untill you get you adjustable coilovers to do any suspension stuff. Keep the stock front brace.
Ok guys open fire.

I really like the way the car feels after I put the Cusco ver. 1 & 2 lower arm bars on in conjunction with a perrin sway bar and end links. But with the stock struts and shocks it almost felt like a tri-cycle (i.e. high front and low back if you can picture that). Turn-in was much improved but it had a weird feel. You really need a set of adjustable coilovers to make it all work, which I've done now but until I get my alignment issues resolved I can't give a definitive answer!
