I'm running the Enkei OR52 18X8.5 in gunmetal with a polished lip. I think these look really tight on my Evo and would recommend them. The offset if perfect with no need for spacers. I purchased the center cap seperately and upgraded to carbon fiber. They also offer these wheels in silver.

anyone know if 18x9.5 +15 offset on 275/35/18 tires will fit?? Other than having to roll fenders??

yes they will fit, but probably need front and rear wide fender flares.
