I'm located in the west suburbs of chicago (naperville area), and I'll be in need of a good alignment shop in the next few days. basically one that will:

A. be able to put a lowered vehicle on the rack without me cringing

B. not scrape up my wheels with various equipment

C. align it to the exact specs I provide them (or as close as possible)

D. take some pride in the job and understand the direct effect of alignment & handling characteristics

I suppose this could eventually be a sticky... but I'm lookin for a good shop to goto. help a brotha out!

 

for those in the kankakee area, jack's automotive in manteno, IL is adjecent to rad rides by troy, and does all the alignments for troy trepanier's cars, they're really good guys. When I had my first dsm, they installed both camber kits and set everything up exactly how i wanted it. last i checked, they also have corner weight scales as well, but time on those will cost ya.

anyway, excellent shop


i may end up driving the hour on a terrible alignment, just to goto their shop, but I'd love someplace closer...
