Is there a way to refinish or power coat the stock enkies, to have a nice black gloss finish and a polished lip? Basically like these look?

 

I sprayed my rims flat black. It takes a little time to get good results. A lot of prep work is need. I checked out prices for having the rims professional done and it was close to $450 for the set just to have them painted. I am not positive but I am sure you could polish out the lip.
