Neal/Miles help on guarantee?

Hi, I have a question. I have tried to email Miles a few times in the last week using his contact email from the TRack site but have received no response so Id figured i ask here. I got 4 Kumhos about 2 months ago and put them on with new wheels last month. Anyhow I have a tiny hole/puncture, not sure where in 1 of them. I noticed last week my pressure went from the usual 30psi to 20. So I filled it to 30 again last Saturday and checked 5 days later and it was back to 23. I have no idea where the hole is. I have been a customer 4 times over as has my brother but have never had this happen so Im not sure of your guarantee on replacing it. I am told by others that it should get shipped free of cost, but Id like to hear it from the actual company so I can get this replaced. Anyway Miles sold them to me but if Neal, you can get back to me instead that is fine. You can pm me or easier would be email me at huscroft6@aol.com. thanks

Sorry, been out on business since the 7th. It would be best to take the tire to an installer and have it looked at. Sometimes holes cant be found by just looking but are usually located in a dunk tank. It may even be a bad valve stem and not the tire at all. This is why you need to take it to a tire shop.

If you did not purchase the Road Hazard program the repair will not be covered. Once you have diagnosed what the issue is by an installer, give my customer service department a call at 1-800-428-8355 ext 360 and let them know. They can talk about reimbursement of some type if the tires are not covered.
