Talking project gravity: lancer ES

The idea is to get my Lancer ES as close to 1.0g of cornering force as possible. Without soft racing compound tires it probably isnt possible but I'm shooting for .9 or above. Write now my initial budget is going to be a meer 1500. so it will probably be a drawn out process considering im in school full time, nonetheless, it will still be my goal to get there eventually. As of now i have only tires (kumho ecsta 711's) with no other suspension upgrades as of yet, so i have a ways to go.

Im planning on a coil over system and an anti sway bar to start. Not sure brand of coil overs yet. i will be going with the road race anti roll bar. Im not even sure where or how to get G force measured but im sure somone on here could tell me.
Tips and suggestions would awesome and could it be a reality?

Big sticky tires and lots of camber. This is usually measured while on a skid pad and really is a pointless measurement as it only measures steady state cornerning...one small part of the corner.
You need to ask yourself WHY? You also need to get measurements now. Slapping on parts isn't going to improve your grip. You need to do a lot of tuning and testing. Then again ask yourself WHY?
