Need Help - Vote - Which Coil-Overs

Ok,
I am posting this for the community to help me out.

I want to lower my car (again). The first time I used the Tien H-Techs. While at first I liked them, I started to find things I did not like after a while and went back to stock.
Well....I'm back at it, I want to lower my car, but this time I am thinking about something different. I am going to go with coil-overs.

The thing is, I am not spending a ton of money on these things.

Here are the choices:

1. The Tien Basic: 799 bucks
http://www.gruppe-s.com/Evo/evosus.htm

2. The Omni-Power Coilover Setup 700 bucks
http://www.buschurracing.com/cgi-bin....cgi?23X376545

The Tiens are as shipped and the Omni-Power cost does not include shipping, so the prices are close.

As for the vendors, both Gruppe S and Buscher are great to deal with so I know the support is there.

Which one do I go with?

Also, don't tell me to go with more expensive sets. I am not spending more than 800 dollars. I am not that good of a driver, so 2000 dollar coil-overs will not help me.

I am looking for:
- Ease of use
- Ride quality
- Quality
- Life span of product

Thanks
