My MR makes a really loud metalic banging noise when I run into a sharp drop in the pavement such as a bridge joint where one is lower than the other or a sharp dip in the road. It only does it if the drop is hard and relatively deep.

I did not bottom out the car but the noise makes me kind of worried. Anyone has this noise and knows what it is from?
