Rotational Squeak

My car has acquired a squeak. It is a rotational squeak, meaning that it only happens when the wheels are turning at a relatively slow speed (10-40 MPH). It is fairly continuous when it does happen. It seems to go away when the brakes are applied. Anyone have any guess as to what may be causing it? Would the wear indicators on the front pads do this? I don’t think it is wheel bearing, but it might be. Any hints?

Thanks and best wishes,
