Comparable Tires

Looking for a list of decent Summer street tires that are close to the Stock Advans. Something that has a decent treadlife and handling of the Advans. Im trying to get away from the $950 bill for 4 new advans, for them to wear out in another 15k miles. Decent aggessive tread too, Wet conditions arert a huge concern, just not a heck of a lot worse then the Advans and Maybe like a 245/40 or 45/17. No worries about snow, i have snow tires!!!

I have heard so many opinions that I feel it just is up to the driver. Some people like the BFG KD's some like the KDW's. Others say they feel terrible compared to the advans. Others say the AVS100's are nice, then I hear the opposite from someone else. I personally like my KDW's alot, but they are the first gen with the normal looking tread. I am thinking about getting the new ones soon. I have a set of the Advans with about 300 miles on them I am selling if you want them. I will let them go for $800 shipped. Good luck with whatever you get!

Toyo T1-S are great. Bought them from www.edgeracing.com for $136 + shipping.

Tires grip very well in dry conditions (a little sidewall flex, but not too bad) and grip even better in wet. Great tires for the value!
