im thinking of ordering a set of Gold LE28N Volks soon and im not to good with the offsetting and all that iv searched around a lil bit bit i figured id jus ask...what is a good tire (size,and all that) and a good offset so no rubbing occurs...rim size will prolly be 18x8.5 by the way.....also does anyone have any pics of these wheels on tarmac black?.....thanks

you know i was jus lookin at that post the other day and was gonna see if you still had the gold in stock...it'll be about a month before i can order them though

 

+30 Offset should be what you need.

 

^ yes... for 9 width you need +35 for 8.5 you need +30. if you need a big more clearance for a fat tire there are some wheels offered in odd ball offsets like +31 (some volks) and +33 (5zigens)
