Suspension broke ?

Not sure if it's broke or not but I noticed that the gap between the top of the rear tire on the driver side and the outside of the fender is like twice to three times the gap thats on the rear passenger side. I looked underneath the car and can't see anything broken, is this normal or can the strut blow out so that it sags more on the passenger side? It's an '05 MR.

can you drive it? Just take it to the dealer...a blown strut wont make it 3 times lower on any one side.

did you happen to jack up the higher side? sometimes it takes a while to settle. or maybe you had somebody in the back seat on the low side?

It sounds to me like one of your rear camber adjusters is a bit off. If the car drives ok and there is no noise coming from the rear suspension I would suggest getting an alignment.
