Question Help - Rear Brake Pads

I have been knowing that the rear pads on my 03 (factory) have been needing to come off for a while. I recently had my front brakes done by the dealer (the purple mark on my butt behind my wallet is still fading), and I'm not inclined to go that route again.

The past few days, the rear pads have gone downhill FAST, and they need to come off ASAP. I think one of the pads has come apart, and I'm getting a wondeful grinding noise.

Is there a good source that I can get good enough aftermarket pads, online or (preferably) a local substitute?

there's a group buy on hawk pads right now on the vendors section.buy a set so next time you replace the front you get a set ready to go.

I'm looking at the Hawk pads right now, they look like the way to go. I really need them sooner than possible. Are there any retail chains that carry them (Auto Zone, Advance)?

Thanks for the input.

I'm looking at JSC speed, I got the link from here. They have (I hope in stock) the rear pads for $71.

I may just have to grit my teeth for a couple days and turn up the radio. My drive to work is 33 miles one way, mostly highway.

I looked at Advance Auto parts, and they have aftermarket pads that I don't trust as viable replacements. I have had two occasions where the brakes on my evo saved my ***.
