Any tire expert here???

i've just bought black racing 17x9 offset 38. it made specific for Evo. anyway your stock tire is stretch a little ont he new rims. it looks like everyone is runing 255/40 tires. what are you guy recommendation?? and also my car is not drop

Yeah, a 255/40 should work fine. If you can find a 255/35 though, that would probably work better, since its a little shorter.

+1, a 265 tire would work also since you have a 17x9 rim and its even possible to shoehorn in a 275 just food for thought

for 17s you want 255 40 265 35 or 275 35. altho it's much more civil to just run the 255. keep in mind, a 265 will require rolling i think even on a 17. and with a 275 with +38 you're really close to the strut.
