Advice needed, only want to lower front??

Hello-

I would like to only lower the front by ~0.50"-0.75" just to equalize the gap of the wheel arch's.

I have read numerous post & havent found aftermarket springs to do such that still offer equal or better performance/ride quality.

I dont have the funds to purchase coil overs to get the ride height I want.

Is there a cross referenced spring from another car that might allow me to get what I want?

Probably not. Just FYI, lowering just the front will upset the balance of the car and you'll probably get massive understeer due to more weight being on the front wheels. Who knows what else...
It will be better if you get both front and back springs. You can probably get used ones on here for cheap, just look in the classified section... handling will not be as good as stock as you already know and start saving for new springs/shocks (or coilovers) because your shocks will blow up.

It seems like most of the aftermarket springs lower the front much more than the rear. I'm installing tein h-techs this week - they lower the front a little over an inch, while only lowering the rear 0.3".

i want to do the same thing since for me the rear is low enough, but that is not the right way to do it. if we can have a lowering spring that is a little stiffer at the rear but the same height and about 1/2 an inch to 3/4 lower for the front, i think that would be great. you'll get the look and you still have the ground clearance that we love about the car. (street setup)
hypercoil might be able to help you out coz they do custom springs. we did it on sr20de forum so, i'm pretty sure they will be able to do it here.
good luck

Thanks azul gsr.

Sor, here are a few spring makers that offer staggered lowering differences:
....................................drop
Espelir GT:...............1.7f/ .98r
RSR Ti2000..............1.4f / 0.8r
Tanabe GP210:.......1.5f / 1.0r
Tein High Tech:**...1.4f / 0.3r
Tein S Tech:**........2.0f / 0.9r
hotchkis..................1.5f / 1.0r
eibach ....................1.2f / 1.0r

imo Lukytry, ghetto is the rear wing that comes on our cars.
