This power helps me to do well at the drag strip, in autocrosses, and while road racing. Paying double that amount for nice rims would do nothing for me except look nice. I agree that $1970 is not bad for such awesome rims (Volks rock), but then again I was talking about the rims+tint+lip+cf hood, when all of those are for looks. The combined price would be well over $3000 with no performance gain (e.g. superfluous).
