This is weird im driving and at about 30 mph i start to slow down i hear a noise comin from the left front tire..it sounds like theres tape stuck to my tire or somethin and is making a noise i checked my tire and everything and there is nothin on it, its drivin me nuts i dont kno if its my brakes or what? can some1 please help me??

 

Check your wheel housing, it could be rubbing your tire. Or just pull that piece of tape off your tire.
