is it safe ?

Is it safe to go with 29psi in the front and 32psi in the rear ?

Normal driving nothing more.

Seems backwards. Should be 32 front and 29 rear. Running more pressure is ok, but you don't want to drop below what Mitsu recommends as a minimum. The pressures they suggest are what the tire needs to carry the vehicles weight properly. If you drop below the recommended pressures the tire will be overloaded. Best to keep it inflated to at least what they say in the owners manual/door jamb.
