Wow. It seems that your "before" was a lot closer than the "after" Hope you get it all figured out.

Have you tried tracking down dedicated "race" shops? The place I use in the Minneapolis area (SpeedLab) is more of a race car shop than an alignment or tunner shop. They work on a wide variety of race cars and do some street performance stuff as well.

While a shop like that may cost a little bit more, they can usually do all the ride height, alignment and corner weighting adjustments in-house and provide some great advise and long term support as well. Noah has been a great help in helping me get the car dialed in.
