inside and outside wear

hey my rear tires have the inner and outer wearing more than center of the tread. the steering wheel is off very very very slightly. i notice a very slight pull to the right, but it is so minimal. im thinking it is the toe that is positive. what do u guys think? im about to go on a 800 mile round trip and i dont want it to wear my tires abnormally. should i just bring it to get the rear wheels aligned? thanks
