enkei caps are a *****

when i got a flat with my enkei DM5's, it took me the better part of an hour to figure out how to take off the cap with just my keys and a tire gauge

all in all, i ended up cracking the cap anyways

enkei needs to update their design cause while it might discourage thieves from stealing the rims, it also discourages the owners from ever wanted to change a flat ever again....

 

Has anyone found other center caps for the stock enkei wheels? I want to get rid of the Mit. logo when I powdercoat the wheels. What are you guys doing with the centers when you powder coat them?

 

I am going to be modifying the stock caps. Ill post up the results.
