Pirelli PZero Nero M+S Ultra
I run these and they are nice. Pretty good for all season tires IMO. Acceleration and turning are a bit slower but not by much if your driving normally. But if you go ***** out driving on these you "will" feel the difference in the lack of performance. But all in all.....they last a long time and are a good trade off between long lasting and good tire all around.
What region do you live in? These are excellent real world tires.
I live in New York City and have used these for the past 4 months. On an 18" wheel they ride much more comfortably then stockers and that's with Manhattan potholes. No, they aren't going to be like the stock advans. Maybe 90% braking/acceleration and 80% cornering. But they are very nice for everyday spirited driving and keep in mind I increased the size to 245's.
As far as snow is concerned, I have had 1st hand experience with them and they work well in the occasional snow. I had an lowered rsx-s last year and had no business being out in 6-8" of snow but the pirelli's did well. Maybe I was lucky.
All in all there is no ideal all-around tire but these come very, very close in my opinion. I should know, I have 3 set of wheels and tires and I ride on these most of the time.

I've got them on my EVO.
Traction on snow is nice. I feel safe with them.
I didn't have any chance to compare with stock tires, I bought the car with those tires. Tires were 1 week old.

good tires i had them on my wagon, the car was stiff as can be had zero 2r's. ran them in the snow a few times with good results. did great in the rain, and still had great dry grip.
not crashin everyones parade and not trying to start anything, i put these on my 04 and hated them with a passion. They feel VERY unstable at high speed. For snow they are good, but for dry high speed and turns, they have a weak sidewall that makes the car slide out really easy.
These tires are a little bit pricey compared to others on the market, but is great all around if you're not going to take it to extremes. In other words there are better tires if you want to track your car or take it in 6" of snow. But for real world purposes they are one of the best all around tires you can get.

very practical tire for everyday use. This is my 2nd winter with this tire, never had trouble with it last year. I'm amazed with the treadwear on it.
Just dont' track this tire and you'll be fine, it doesn't feel too comfortable with speeds over 100, not that you'll lose control, but just a bit less comfortable than Advans or probably a R compound.
The ride is softer than advans, it's a softer compund.

I had the M+S's for 10,000 miles and they are much quieter, better in the cold, and softer riding than the Advans.
The downside is the side wall feels like a marshmallow compared to the Advans and they are no where near as confidence inspiring. I didn't expect them to feel anything like the Advans (obviously an A/S is not going to feel as firm as a Summer only performance tire) but, they felt very vague to me. Steering response which is what makes the Evo feel so special was dulled quite a bit. Another thing with the Nero's that could have just been in my head is to look at them on the front of the car it seemed like no matter how much air I put in them the top of the tire would balloon up and the bottom was always squished. If I put enough air (@35-40psi) in them to make the lower portion of the sidewall look correct to me the top looked almost round across the tread. I tried several different air pressures high and low and just couldn't get them to feel good to me.
I have now Michelin Pilot Sport A/S's for over a year and like them so much better than the Pirelli's. They are still softer than the Advans but, feel so much sportier than the Pirellis. Noise and comfort are about the same as the Pirelli's.
That said the Pirellis weren't bad I just wouldn't buy them again.
