I say we do the a track somewhere in the middle. TX or along those lines. I don't mind taking a few days, and driving out, just let me know.

I would love to participate in this, but what are the rules going to be? Verify HP, trade tires between runs, to make it all even?

Thoughts?

yep to all, but there aren't any good tracks in Texas (have't been to the motorsports ranch), we've also got Hallett in OK, Hartland Park in KS, Sandia in NM, Pueblo in CO, Miller in UT (what did I miss that would be open in the winter that's not all the way out in Cali).

I am thinking about the HKS Hipermax RS's. I have a near stock car too and just want to have the flexability of compression control and ride height adjustability. And they have camber plates already so I can prevent tire wear associated with lowering the car.

Whelp, then I think this needs to be a two part......one we haul, for summer, one you haul for winter....Two tracks, drastically different....What two tracks would pose the greatest differences....

Sebring and Infinion or we just rent a transporter and run the Nurburgring

All kidding aside I'd say something bumpy (like Sebring) and something with fast transitions (like Infinion) would give us the full range for shock testing. Are there any East-Coast or Mid-West time attacks (like the one Robi mentioned at Mid Ohio which sounds doable). I want to do something in the next month or so though, I start getting busy by Spring...

Sebring is only a small boat ride away for me and my cars. I'm game!

Gotta' love that! "a small boat ride" How small is the boat ??? is it that easy to come over for real? (you are of course welcome )

Sebring is a heck of a long way from my house. I should be there in early-mid March, now I have to figure out how to get an Vishnu Ohlins car to drive while I'm there.

my buddy has a set of tein flex coilovers that have about 15,000 miles on them. he wants to sell them to me for $500. that seems like a steal but i was wondering with that many miles do you think i will experience any problems with them if they are already used?

? I have @7k on mine now, and I can't tell any difference. I would call Tein and find out how much for a 'refresh', I doubt it will be 1G, which means you will still get out less than a new set.
