Longer wheel studs?
some math:
our wheels studs are 12mm with a 1.5 pitch if I remember correctly. so if the stud diameter is 12mm, the rule of thumb is that you need 12mm of depth engagement on the threads which means 8 turns (8 x 1.5 = 12).
so if you can use 4mm spacers and still get 8 turns, then you're good.
if the evo uses 30mm studs like the dsm's did, I doubt you'll get quite this. I just bought 1.75" studs from Summit for about $25 a set for my gsx. Or you could get the longer 52mm studs from RRE for $45 a set. options are good.
