I just got this code for the first time today. Based on my research it seems to be related to my Helix HFC, however, I had the cat on for over 15,000 miles with no cells. Anyone know why it might show up now, after over a year of driving. I did a search it could also be related to engine coolant temps or cylinder head temps. Any ideas on trouble shooting?
