coil over install

im going to have my car corner weighted, camber, and balanced. now i want to and some cusco sway bars. but if i dont get them in time and i get the coilovers tuned will adding these later affect the new settings of the coilover tune?

Adding swaybars won't affect your corner weight. This is assuming you have very little preload on your swaybars or your tuner corner weights the car with the swaybars disconnected. It won't affect weight balance since the bars are pretty much symmetrical.
