Rotor change

Hi I have a 2003 lancer evo 8.I am going to be changing my rotors but ive searched here for hours and cant find a decent answer. My question is do you need a spcial tool to take the rotors off or do You just hammer them and they come off. I kno i will unscrew the caliper but is there anything else i have to unscrew? Also i heard you can screw bolts into the two little holes that are in the rotor. I dont rember the size exaclty i think it was like 8mm by something fi someone could help id be greatful. Thanks in advance

The rotors come right off, but most likely they'll be rusted/stuck on the hub. The M8 bolt holes in the rotors are there to help break off the stuck rotor. But don't rely too much on the bolt holes -they are easily chipped/damaged if you force the bolt it too hard.

Besides the M8 bolt, some pentrating lubricant and a rubber mallet is all you need.
