Mine do it on and off. Sometimes on this forum you will find that I have posted they are super loud and next time its no noise. Now I just say its intermittent. They are higher performance pads. I say just live with it. I really dont care what other drivers think. It makes me smile sometimes cause I know people are like WTF.

One thing I havent done is put the stock shims on them (ones glued to the back of the stock pads) thats supposed to eliminate that.

Use the stock shims and smear Copper or nickle anti-seize both under and over the shims. Get it all lubed up then reinstall and try it out.

I have no problems yet. Buschur Racing did the work. I'm using Racing Brake two piece front, stock replacement rear. Hawk HPS and stainless steel brake lines. They've been on the car for about 11 days.

Now that I've said I have no noise, I probably jinxed myself .

I bedded mine in exactly as per the instructions, I used no anti-squeal lubricants.

For the first 1000 miles they were quiet, then for the following 2k miles they were exactly as you describe. For the following 8k miles (up until today) they have been silent again.

i just did my fronts (Hawk HPS) and theyve only made a squeal when braking into a turn (ie. into a parking spot). If they start to act up I will just take them off and add a bit more grease.

I have the Hawk HPS and I had the bad squek for the first 500 miles are so now they are silent. I noticed mine would make noise after I got them warmed up but were quite when cold. I know the sound you guys are talking about it was awful.

I'll trade you my stock evo 9 pads with 1000 miles for your screaming HPS or HP+ pads with same mileage
