Is the Perrin sway bar the same as the Progressive unit?

I had a Progressive sway bar on my old Evo...then I sold that, and now I'm back in the market for another one, but the Evo I'm looking at doesn't have an upgraded sway bar. I remember how much of a difference the Progressive bar made on my old Evo, so it was the first thing I was trying to find again so I could buy it when the time came....but I can't seem to find one anywhere. I did find the Perrin sway bar, and it looks to be the same thing...can anyone tell me if it is similar or the same unit, or if there is a better sway bar out there for under $250? Thanks!

I read on this board somewhere that both the Perrin and RRE sway bars are made by Progressive. you just pay more i guess for the Perrin name and the cool red color
