Just installed tein flex
Installed my coilovers today and everything went pretty good(some of those bolts are maddd hard to get off) I know i need to get an alignment but i prob wont be able to until a few days. Also i didnt have access to a torque wrench so when i get the alignment in going to check the torque. Is their any danger to driving my car like this for a week max???? thanx for your input guys
Keep us posted on how you like them. Also I'd like to know where you bought them and whet you paid, if you don't mind. I'm planning on installing the Flex CO's too, but I will also be installing the cockpit electronic adjusting kit (EDC?). I'm curious to know the difference of how your car rides now compared to the stock ride.
Bumps wise it rides like stock X2 its not that bad(and i live in NY the road here suck) on the highway/clean road you dont even feel anything. Performance wise the thing friggin dips. It handles real well.

I have the TEIN Type FLEX Control Masters, pretty low, with the EDFC and i love it. The car cuts corners like a knife. I don't feel chasis roll at all when I have the EDFC on the hardest setting. I definately recommend them.
Side note: I lost the keys to adjust the ride height, I'm thinking of raising it a little bit. Anyone know where I can get just the keys? I tried writing to TEIN but have not got a response yet.
Thanx!

I have the HAs in my soon be to sold WRX. I Have had multiple TEIN setups in a number of cars and the WRX road the crappiest. handled well but it was harsh driving over poor roads. With the flexs how low are you running them and how hard do you have the dampers set?
