tire size in 18x9 wheels?

I will receive my wheels very soon and I was wondering what size tires will be the best choice. I searched BTW.

245/40/18 or 255/35/18?

The tires will be used on daily driving purposes on dry/wet condition and track sometimes.

The price doesn't matter and I was thinking about Falken RT-615, or BFG KDW.
Which tire do you recommend?

i am going to put 245/40/18 because they are pretty decent size that you will definatly not have to modify your fenders to make them fit. for tire company i like dunlop alot because it not over price and they are really great tires. But if price is not really an issue then get the Toyo RA-1 that seems to be the tire of choice amongst evo owners. her are pix of a evom members car he is running 245/40/18

I have the volk CE28 18x9 all around running 255-35-18, no rubbing and did not need to roll the fenders. just make sure the off set is correct...
