Thumbs up Michellin PS2 245/40-18

Winter tires off...
Installed:
1) Rota P45F 18x8.5 dressed in 245/40YR PS2s (34lbs/31lbs)
2) Works Rear Sway bar (middle setting)
3) Works Croxx plate

Awaiting Works MR springs and camber plates...

First impressions on street driving:
Perfect fit.
The harshness of NYC streets is similar.
Great wet traction on off/on ramps (no squealing/no singing).
Not noisy.

First impressions on aggressive driving:
Turn in is awkwardly precise - it takes some getting used to
I have a favorite turn for scandanavian flicks... The car didn't want to participate with the new equipment... It was an interesting recovery
Braking is insane, these things dig and grip.
Hard turns warrant neutral to mild oversteer.
The sidewalls feel real solid even at this moderate pressure.

Unfortunately, I think I caught the flu... When I'm recovered, I'll be bringing the car to one of my favorite skid pads (parking lot) and testing lateral acceleration as well as the car's behavior as it reaches the limits of the traction circle.

So far, my thought on these tires =
I would rank these above the stock Advans UNLESS you are looking to drift.
