just need to know guys... whats the best setting for these JIC FLTA-2 coilovers???

On the bottom of the coilover theres a knob that I can turn...how many clicks should I set the stiffness to???

any infos on this would be appreciated.

Set front and rear to medium if you have simlarly rated springs, -2.5 or so in the front, -1.5 or so in the rear, i run no toe all the way around.

im looking for the same info, i have these coilovers and need the best settings. not sure what all can be adjusted and what the adjustments should be. scorke or anyone else, please post your findings. thanks!
