There are plenty of threads about this. But if you looking for something for lowering and not expensive just go with some springs. I used Tein S-Tech for a while before i switched to Cusco Zero 2R coilovers. Good luck.

Be careful... Just lowering the car with springs in most cases will make the handling suffer.

Check this thread out... https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...ad.php?t=66296

It has both lowering springs and coilovers rates....

if you go too stiff of a spring, your stock struts won't last very long. Just go over some of the spring rates and if lowering your car is the only important thing to you, choose one that has "soft" rates.

worst information ever. its the drop that makes the stock struts not last very long. and stiffer springs dont wear them out faster softer springs will because they have to do more work. but choosing spring rates that dont work with your stock suspension will cause handling to suffer. a cheap set of coilovers is better than just springs. remember this car isnt a civic. so unless you want it to just look good and dont care about the handling that made it famous go for springs. either way if you choose springs or coilovers research the brands you are looking at.
