What seems to be the most used spring rates for a track only setup? 12/14?

suspension design

I need to know the stock spring rate and more important the stock damping rate, maybe this is something in an owners manual. I wouldn't know, don't have a manual. I have heard that these cars are actually heavily damped with an unusually low stiffness. I just have some experience with suspension design and i want to learn what I can about how my car is designed. Maybe resign it. I really want to remake the suspension to support spherical bearings, I really hate bushings with a passion. And I got some friends who can help me rebuild it.

I read that this is the end all brake thread. I have a question and can't seem to find what I'm looking for.

I am in search of pictures displaying a brake pad at the end of it's life. I would also be interested in seeing pictures of a pad in the middle of it's life (or early life). I am looking for these pictures of pads installed/on caliper.

I need to know if the squeal I hear is from the lack of grease or from dead/near dead pads. I want to know, when I look at the pads installed on my car, how near death they truely are. I'm a beginner, so please don't mock me for not knowing.

I need to learn sometime. Someone please help out an evolutionm.net friend

From: somewhere testing various tires, brakes, and suspensions.
If they have a squeal bar and that is touching the rotor - then they need replacement. Otherwise 2-5 mm of pad material = replacement time. I generally replace with anything under .25in.
