Sway Bar Selection

I've got a set of the K Sport RR Coilovers comming in with 10k front spring and an 11k rear spring.

This is a drag car but was wondering what rear swaybar i should use.

25mm or 27mm.

I don't want the springrates to potentially overpower and snap the sway bar.

I have no idea why you want to upgrade the sway bar on a drag car?! It won't do anything for you.

the sway bar couples the wheels... if both wheels move at the same rate then the sway doesn't do too much. if your chassis torques from one side to another then it'll help put more wheel rate on that wheel. you seet his happen a lot with camaros when they launch on slicks because the motor is mounted longitudinally, but they also have a live rear, so sway bar is not needed.

just get any sway bar and put it on full stiff, make sure it's adjustable, preferably hollow. remember too stiff is bad you will not get favorable chassis motion, it'll be jerky and jerky always loses traction. anyway... evos launch pretty straight so chances are it won't see any action.

yea having a rear sway on a drag car.. eh i dunno.. i dont really see it as a needed upgrade considering wut kind of car we have... being allwheel drive.. it wont make the chassis flex as much as you would think

there are awd cars that do get chassis torque. the s4 is a great example because it also has a longitudinally mounted motor.

I would not get hung up on what rear sway you are running for drag use

Drag car. Take the rear anti roll bar off and leave it off.
