Rim repair?

Where can I get to stock Rims off a Evo 8 repaired? They are bent. Is it worthy repairing? Would I be spending more than $800-$900 for it?

I bent a rim on my motorcycle once. The guy charged me a flat fee of $80 to fix it. He told me that usually the price depends on the equipment the person has, and how badly the rim is damaged. My rim was barely bent, so it was cheaper than usual. The other local rim repair place would have charged $150/hr to fix the rim.

Most any chassis repair chop and some powdercoating shops have the ability to repair rims. You should call your local dealership to find out who they recommend. If they aren't much help then try calling your local tire shops.

if it just one rim just look at private for sale and just buy a rim...should be around 100-150 for your rim

i had the same problem. on average, it's about $110-$150 to fix the rims. if it's not local, that doesn't include shipping. i ended up going on ebay and picking one up for $120 shipped. check around on private sales or ebay. most will sell all 4 or a pair but you'll eventually get someone that's selling just one. good luck.
