Gramlight 57F 18X8.5 in a 45mm offset?

I have searched and searched, and can't seem to find any information on this.

Will these rims fit, I'd be running 235/40-18's, maybe 245 at the most.

I don't want to deal with spacers or tire rubbing.

Does anyone have an idea if +45mm will be putting the wheel farther out so that I'll get OUTTER rim rubbing, or will it move the wheel farther in so that I'll be rubbing the struts?

I thought that the ideal offset would be around +35mm so I NEED HELP!

If I could get a response ASAP that would be great, this is a local deal and the seller wants to unload ASAP.

Dosen't seem right. We sell that wheel with a 30mm offset for the EVO. 45mm would bring it too close to the caliper. Thats almost a half inch difference in offset, huge amount when your talking wheels.

My 18x8.5 +40 LE37's had MAYBE 1mm of clearance from the caliper in the front, I think you're definately going to hit.

Just to clarify: higher offset will set the wheel further inboard (narrower stance) and lower offset will push them out further. That offset would be more suitable for a Subaru. Personally, I like to run the lowest offset I can while still being able to fit a suitable tire. Wider track, usually more caliper clearance, better wheel/fender flush looks, better looking wheel faces, are all benefits of lower offset wheels. Unless they were ridiculously cheap wheels, getting these and running the necessary ~15mm spacer plus longer studs is just not worth it IMO.
